Valve
Cleaner Plus
Sealweld
Valve Cleaner Plus is a non-hazardous, environmentally friendly
product designed to be injected into the internal seat sealant
system.
This is not a sealant, but a combination of solvent and semi-synthetic
lubrication oils.
Sealweld Valve Cleaner Plus is designed to clean important
seal faces and sealant passages by softening old sealant and
removing residual buildup in the ball, gate and plug valves.
Sealweld Valve Cleaner Plus is used in plug, ball and gate
valves & orifice fittings. Use at wellheads & gathering
systems, compressor stations, refineries, and pipeline applications
including gas distribution systems.
Use Sealweld Valve Cleaner Plus
is a must whenever a valve is difficult to turn or won't seal
properly.
This product is non-flammable,
non-carcinogenic and non-ozone depleting. |

Equa-Lube Eighty
Sealweld Equa-Lube Eighty is our most economical synthetic
valve lubricant. Designed specifically for use in valves with
little to no wear it provides an insoluble film of synthetic
lubricant to protect critical seal faces and reduce torque
requirements.
Extend valve life by injecting Equa-Lube Eighty immediately
after the hydrostatic test at the valve factory or repair
facility.
This will purge all test water from the seat pockets
where corrosion commonly occurs and will protect against damage
from pipeline contaminant's at start up, making Sealweld Equa-Lube
Eighty an ideal commissioning lubricant.
Designed to remain insoluble in all types of hydrocarbon
services including natural gas, condensate, related by-products,
crude oil and refined petroleum products.

Sealweld Total-Lube
#911 is our superior grade synthetic valve lubricant/sealant,
designed specifically for valves with minor leakage problems.

Developed to be unaffected by pipeline contents and
remain soft and pliable. Extends maintenance intervals, which
eases manpower requirements and extends valve life indefinitely.
Sealweld Total-Lube #911 contains microscopic particles of
P.T.F.E. to reduce torque and provide reliable sealing in
leak passages up to 0.010".

Sealweld Winter-Lube
#7030 is a synthetic based lubricant/sealant designed specifically
for use in sub-zero winter climates where conventional sealants
become stiff and hard to pump. Unique additives provide excellent
low-temperature pumping ability and lower operating torque
in severe operating conditions.

Sealweld Winter-Seal
#2525 unitizes the same base formula as Sealweld Winter-Lube

sealing in leak passages up to 0.030".
This product may also be used in pumping conventional sealant

Eterna-Lube #1000
Sealweld Eterna-Lube #1000 is
a superior multi-use anti-seize compound formulated for industrial
use. Provides rust and corrosion protection for all metals
and metal parts by forming a protective coating on the metal
surface. Enhanced with additives that will create an impenetrable
barrier that will withstand extreme heat, pressure and friction,
thus providing it with excellent lubricating properties that
reduce torque and eliminate wear.
Sealweld Eterna-Lube #1000 is the recommended valve seat lubricant
in high temperature services including hydrocarbons, hot air
and stream.
This product is also highly water and chemically resistant.
Uses include valve stems, gear boxes, expansion joints, conveyor
belts, air motors, pumping mechanisms and threaded connections.
Sealweld Externa-Lube #1000 keeps parts working freely and
assures easy disassembly. Not recommended for use in high-speed. |

Low Temperature Lubricant
D-1014
Sealweld Low
Temperature
Lubricant D-1014 is formulated with low temperature additives
for use in LPG/NGL services including propane, butane, ethane,
ethylene and related by-products. Torque requirements are reduced
significantly, counters the extreme drying effects produced
by liquefied petroleum gases. Lubricates long after other
types of lubricates have been washed out. Sealweld Low
Temperature
Lubricant D-1014 makes an excellent low temperature gear box
lubricant. This product is also ideal for use in wellhead
valves and other valves designed to be left offline in extreme
climate conditions but still must be available for actuation
as in the case of pig traps and launcher's |

Steam Shield # 2000
Sealweld Steam Shield
#2000 is a synthetic blend developed as a lubricant/sealant
to withstand temperatures up to 750F without thermal decomposition.
Tested in California and Alberta's steam enhanced recovery
projects as a valve and stuffing box sealant with excellent
results. Designed for use in high temperature steam
applications. The viscosity of Sealweld Steam Shield #2000
allows ease of application by brush, grease guns or automatic
dispensing equipment.
In case of extreme valve leakage where regular sealants do
not achieve desired results, Sealweld offers a full range
of specialty sealants to achieve a reliable temporary seal.

Slick Sticks
Sealweld Slick Sticks
provide maximum sealing and lubrication where replaceable
packing is required. This self-molding packing is injectable
and can be used in ball valves, gate valves, plug valves, stuffing

made of specially processed P.T.F.E particles and may be used

PackKing #301
Sealweld Pack King #301
is a putty type P.T.F.E. packing compound made from 100% synthetic
base formulated as an injectable packing for valve stems,
packing glands and stuffing boxes. Designed to mold around
valve stems and pump rods to form a drip tight seal where
other sealing procedures prove ineffective. Sealweld Pack
King #301 exhibits an extreme low coefficient of friction
and is resistant to most chemicals and solvents. Resistant
to today's most exotic products and idea for condensate service.
Sealweld Pack King #301 is also available in bulk containers
for use as a flange sealant. |

Pack-It Particle Pak
Sealweld Pack-It
is a granular multi purpose self foaming packing made with
specially processed P.T.F.E. (Teflon*). Sealweld Pack-It compacts
to form a rigid but flexible self-sealing packing which will
conform to any size or type shaft, rod, or stuffing box. Simple
in application and durable in service, this product ends the
need for expensive inventories of various sizes of packing
rings. Sealweld pack-It will not decompose, oxidize or
deteriorate and compensates for wear simply by remolding
itself when the packing gland is adjusted. May be used as a
valve stem packing all valves, including globe, gate, plug,
check, ball,
motor and control valves regardless of service. |

Odyssey Industrial Cleaning Solvent
Sealweld Odyssey
Cleaning Solvent is a synthetic industrial cleaning solvent.
Excellent for removing heavy deposits of grease, lubes and
heavy oils as well as removing sludge and dirt from metal parts.
Odyssey Cleaning Solvent does not contain water and is not
water-soluble, on the contrary it leaves behind a protective
barrier that inhibits spot rust. This non-flammable, non-hazardous
and non polluting solvent is as safe for the person using it
as it is for the environment. |
